We charge $1295 or $1395 for our 6 Hour Platinum Wedding DJ Package.
Pricing below is for 6 hours of DJ Service, Ceremony system with 2 lapel microphones and a handheld mic on a stand, speaker at cocktail hour in a separate area if needed, separate system at reception that will support up to 250 people ($1395) or 150 people ($1295), dance floor lighting and 6 up-lights.

We did several surveys and price shopped 40 DJ companies..
> 5 were not available on dates we requested.. 8 never responded and we got pricing from 27.
> Average price was $1726.00.
> 21 companies were $1400 and up.
> Two companies were $1000 or lower but both have never registered their business names and had very few reviews.
> 3 companies were at $1200. Only one of those had at least 5 reviews each on Google, WeddingWire and theknot

I have DJ’ed 2000 events, honored as top Wedding Vendor in Phoenix metro in 2006, won over 25 awards over the years for being best or in top % of all DJ’s.

Your wedding day is a day that requires attention to many details.. You need a professional DJ/MC to make your event more fun and to run more smoothly.  Selecting appropriate music for each part of the event and making certain that there are not lags in the event that hurt the energy level are just as important as the dance music.  This takes knowledge and experience.

Are they bringing the right equipment?  With respect to equipment, DJ Services ARE NOT – ONE SIZE FITS ALL! – Pricing is determined by the amount of gear and services required and needs to be adapted to your event.

The DJ that tells you the amount of people does not matter is telling you they will just turn up the volume control and blast out the front row of your guests so they can reach the guests that are farther away.. Adding additional sound gear is the proper way to do this comfortably for all guests, therefore you need more equipment for a larger crowd..

Your DJ is not just music. They are your representative to your guests and will be responsible for keeping your event moving smoothly as well as making sure all the right vendors are in place and ready for each timeline item as it is announced.

• When having a once in a lifetime event like a wedding, Sweet 16, or Mitzvah make sure they’re extremely comfortable running your occasion. Request them to give some examples of how they might handle elements of the occasion, so you are comfortable with their strategy.
• Inquire how they’re going to make the event fun for your visitors. Do you enjoy their thoughts?
• Make sure they are utilizing clean radio edits, you most likely don’t need profanity before your visitors!
• Ask for references and verify them! Ask how they will be handled and how many music request will soon be taken?
• Always attain a written contract that discusses all considerations for all parties!
  

  DJ Pricing:
